Health Guarantee Details

Initial Health Check

  • Veterinary Examination: Each kitten undergoes a thorough veterinary examination prior to adoption. A health certificate from our licensed veterinarian is provided.
  • Vaccinations and Deworming: Your kitten will be current on vaccinations and have received regular deworming treatments.

72-Hour Health Period

We offer a 72-hour health period for your assurance:

  • Examination: We require that you take your new kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of adoption.
  • Report: If your veterinarian identifies any genetic or severe health issue, you must notify us immediately and provide a written report from the vet.

Health Guarantee Terms

Our health guarantee covers the following:

  • Genetic Conditions: We guarantee against severe genetic defects for one year from the date of adoption. If a genetic defect is identified, we will offer one of the following options:

    • Replacement: We will replace the kitten with another kitten of equal value, as soon as one becomes available.
    • Refund: We may provide a partial refund upon return of the kitten, at our discretion.

  • Conditions Not Covered: The following are not covered by our health guarantee:

    • Minor or treatable health conditions
    • Injuries sustained or illnesses contracted after the kitten leaves our care
    • Costs of routine care, vaccinations, or treatments
    • Any health issues resulting from neglect, abuse, or improper care

Health Guarantee Terms Requirements

To be eligible for our health guarantee, you must:

  • Provide proof of a veterinary examination within 72 hours of adoption.
  • Follow the veterinarian’s recommendations for care, treatment, and vaccinations.
  • Maintain your kitten on a proper diet and provide a safe living environment.
